Never really been a fan of the verts, but the F33 looks pretty awesome.

Except for the 4 on the deck lid you are most likely correct about that.

A Cloth Top might have been stunning!

He is more than likely referring to the roof.

It's the Blackline trim around the windows of the 4er Vert that makes the new car pop!

I like them both. If I didn't know which one is newer, I wouldn't necessarily guess correctly.

Plus, it's very hard not to like any convertible. I can't tell you I've ever seen a car that didn't get better looking by lopping off the roof.

True for two seaters and some cloth topped four seaters, but I have yet to see a good looking four seat hardtop convertible. The 4er is closer than the E93, but still odd looking.

But a big Hell Yeah! for finally sorting out black window trim. Now M4 convertibles shouldn't look so strange with the roof up.

From these photos, m-sport pkg = e93, non-m-sport pkg = f33, IMO.

Can't get away from thinking the front of the non M-Sport 4er looks a bit like Blakey...

The E93 is so dated next to it.
I'd rather pick a E46 convert, instead of the E93 imo.

F33 looking good but I prefer the split exhausts, got to be to either side or in the middle imo. must be a symmetry thing.

OK, if you say so. I see the whole point of a 'vert as being about what it looks like with the top down. With the top up, they don't look all that different from the hardtop to me.

I think if I were going to ride around in a 'vert with the top up nearly all the time, I'd just buy a coupe hard top instead. It's nice to have the option of dropping the top, but I can't see myself dropping the extra coin just to do that a couple to half a dozen times a year.
