Yeah, you should be fine. I went in with all my hardware mods and tune, including MHD and XHP, for my oil pan gasket covered under CPO warranty. The one thing i did do was remove the gear display for XHP so it wasnt completely obvious i had a tune. No issues or mention of anything though.
