Rear diffuser lip problem

Hello guys, I have a problem.
I want setup a new rear bumper diffuser but oldest on (m3 bumper pack) have one but it is glued.
There is an way to remove it?

You sure it's glued or just held with 3M double sided tape?

I know this one come glued by fabric. The only way is cut
