Spark plug gap BM3 Stage 2 N26

What’s the recommended spark plug gap for BM3 stage 2 on an N26? Also, is it different for the stock intercooler vs an upgraded intercooler?

You should not be on stage 2 with the stock intercooler.

Between .018 and .022 is the recommended gap. I have mine at .026 however with no problems.

No difference in gap for stock vs. upgraded intercooler.

Also +1 to the above post.

What made you set it to .26 if it’s outside of the recommended gap? Also, is the recommended gap from PTF or other forum members with the stage 2 tune?

I gapped them at .026 for Stage 1, and never changed it for Stage 2 because it runs fine and doesn't misfire. For good measure I'll probably go down to .022 just to be in the recommended range.

Thats the gap recommended from PTF.

I was running on stock gap which I think it was .032 and regapped it to .022 and the engine seems to idle/run smoother for me. I'm running on stage 2 on N26 also.
