I have an idea.. how about when everyone flaming OP for his M badge decides to pay for his next mod or make his next car payment they can tell him what to do.
It's his car and his build... He has some pretty big balls converting a perfectly good car. But he did it because he wanted to. I can guarantee that this dude has done more work to this car than half of the real M owners commenting on here. Plain and simple it isnt your car it may not be your taste but keep your comments to yourself. It really makes you sound sad. Just out of curiosity if he converted the rear end and then dropped an s55 in it would you guys still complain about the M badge? it still wouldnt REALLY be an m4 right? car looks awesome OP |

M235i is a modified car from BMW. You know it came from factory. Go compare a 235i to it and it's not exactly the same. What's the point of all the different car series and power specific to each series if everyone can just badge it to their liking. So when a dude driving a 528i MSport badges their car M that's ok? Mind you their vehicle is off by atleast $45k? Let's be real here people. I'm all for modifying your cars making them look great and to your liking. Just don't call it what it's not because it really isn't. At the best if you don't want to call it what it really is then just debadge the car completely so that when someone asks you what kind of car you have you can just give them a piece of your story and journey.
All in all Great build OP. Don't take all the remarks as shutting you down because it's not. Again like I mentioned prior it's all constructive criticism. I hope you continue to modify your beast! Cheers

Might be me but the gap where the hood meets the headlight is the only thing that makes me question this isn't stock, otherwise great job!
I personally would loose the ///M badge and drive it debadged or at least relocate it closer to where the stock badging is and make it an "M435i". |
