Buying new wheels TPMS question

Buying a set of new wheels, the seller had them on a 2008 328xi. Just wondering will the TPMS sensors currently in the wheel work on my 2013 328i xdrive or do I need new ones? Sorry new to this. Thanks in advance.

The batteries will probably be close to dead by now if they're the original sensors.

But did they have sensors in '08?

I don't remember my '06 or '09 having actual sensors that told me the pressure, they just told me when a tire might be low.

Does your car tell you the actual pressures?

Ask TPMS dot com. They should be able to compare part numbers

They are a set of aftermarket wheels and he had put tpms sensors. And they did not work on mine f30. At the tire shop getting new ones put in now.
