16’ 340i xdrive beeping and smoke?

how was the m340i? And you bought the extended warranty when you bought the car right? I wanna get the extended but it’s too expensive now because I got my mine used

How much is the extended warranty did you buy CPO? I had the 430GC loaner too. The M340 was awesome but didn't feel that much faster than my car though I didn't get to drive it that much. Even the M2C and M5C didn't feel that much faster but it might have if I had more seat time. Luckily your car is still under warranty. You can try another dealer see if they can give you a better deal on extended warranty.

I didn’t get the extended warranty I bought the car with like 45k miles so I got 5k or another year worth of warranty left but other company were quoting me 6k for an extended and it didn’t cover too much so I said fuck it I’ll just buy an part that goes bad and have my bmw guy do the work and pay significantly less for anything you know.. and yeah for sure I’ll let you know man. expect some news by like Tuesdays or so

Just brought my car in for a flat. Has them take a second look at the turbo referencing this thread. How's your car now does it idle okay after an hour?

Hey man sorry I was looking out for the thread but never saw a notification but the longest I've let it idle has been like 45 min and no issue so it seems like its fixed but I get like a weird shake when I'm at a stop or let idle after driving...

If it's doing that then I'd most def take it back to the dealership. I always make sure everything on my car is working properly before I drive back home.
