F30 330e Bm3 stage 2 drivetrain malfunction

Hey everyone,
Hoping I don't have an engine rebuild on my hands but here it goes
So I've been running bm3 stage 2 on my f30 330e b48 since Feb(about 9k miles). Have a drop in filter and a VRSP catless downpipe. Always running 93 top teir gas with a bit of octane booster to give myself a little cushion. While on the freeway I went to pass at 70% throttle and had a sudden loss of power and severe shaking. 140001 code and other similar codes (see attachment) were found...misfires and injectors turned off. Didn't attach all the codes but cylinder 3 misfires usually pops up most frequently. Once had a cylinder 3 code showing spark duration too short or something like that? I forgot to screenshot it but that has only come up once.
So I flashed stock and ended up doing a host of maintenance to try to fix the issue. 38000 miles right now so spark plugs were replaced, ignition coils replaced, MAF sensor cleaned, oil change again (oil was changed within the month although not by myself so unknown brand but was recommended weight), and injector cleaner concentrate ran. No fix. Drivetrain malfunction fairly quickly when running stage 1 or 2, 91 or 93 octane. So I've been using the stock tune. I am able to drive (thankfully the battery allows me at get going from a stop) but I really have to be light on the throttle or I can start hearing and feeling misfires. There currently is a very rough idle.
Unfortunately not using the vehicle isn't an option for me...

Compression tests show 150 to 160 in cylinder 1 and 2; cylinder 3 and 4 are lower at 100 or so. Wet compression test improves cylinder 3 and 4.

Getting a leak test done on Wednesday but it is looking to me like it's going to be piston rings needing to be replaced.

LSPI? Too much boost and load at low rpms? Poor oil quality? Can the b48 engine not hang with stock internals at stage 2? Thought it was the same at the b58 and should've been fine. Also took a borescope to the piston heads and piston 3 looks wet with oil. I'm not smoking out the exhaust and see no visible oil in the engine bay.

Datalog from March...btw the boost pressure values stay stuck at -14...started as soon as the downpipe went on in Feb and me, bm3, and and an indy haven't been able to figure it out. MAP pressure still reads fine

Datalog Aug 12 after issues started

Will update when I get some more info.
Let me know if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions.

Anyway to move this to the turbo engine/drivetrain/exhaust mod section?
First time posting on here. Thanks

Did you submit the logs to PTF support asking about the boost target?

Leak down is the next test after low compression.

Piston ringland failure. Strange that you have -ve boost.
Here you go, you may need this.

Leak test is going to be done tomorrow and I agree its looking like that's going to be my problem which I am not too excited about...next to 0% chance Itd be fixed under warranty ha
PTF couldn't figure out the negative/unchanging boost target values but said the rest of the log looked fine in March. Seems like all my sensors are properly functioning so I'm baffled by those numbers. So far multiple ppl couldn't figure it out and it doesn't matter what it is flashed.

Did it show the negative numbers on stock tune?

Yes, even after bm3 suggested resets on their tune and reset adaptations and I actually did a battery reset at one point as well.

I'm talking about if you completely uninstalled BM3 and datalogged on stock tune, not reflashing BM3

Confirmed I will need new pistons or new engine.
Was this your vehicle? If so did you get pistons that make lower compression (10 or 10.5) and is it running smoothly still?
I'd hate pay for a rebuild to learn after everything's apart that the cylinder walls are too damaged
