Suggestions for DD/Autocross alignment please
I did use the search function 😀
I have a f30 328i (base car) H&R FSB and RSB 245-45-17 RE71 R's Otherwise stock. I'm new to BMW ( Autocrossed mustangs for years) What's a good spec to give my alignment shop? Thanks

Without additional hardware in the front, there's nothing to adjust but toe
Stock alignment has a little toe-in in the front and rear, for starters, zero out the toe in the front and rear then set the rear camber to -2 degrees That's about all you can do with the stock hardware |

I'm not 100% sure on the zero rear toe. I personally would like some toe in and perhaps OP could track the car with stock settings to figure out preferences before making the initial alignment change |

If you want the rear to stay inside the front tires, keep the toe stock in the rear. If you want the rear to step out a bit, zero it out. |
