Just under 10k miles on them. Good condition.

There’s a reason these are so much more costly than the common H&R Springs. They feel miles better. I wouldn’t even own my f30 if it weren’t for these. Really, go read the reviews Only selling because I had a chance to get into some kwv2 coilovers for cheap.

What kind of drop in ride height to these give?

From ACS website:
Front 25 - 35mm
Rear 20 - 30mm

They close up the wheel gap a bit but you won’t have to worry about scraping. The pic attached is with 18” wheels so the gap would be a bit smaller with 19” wheels.
