F80 LCA and TS upgrade

Guys been doing ALOT of research on this and I want to do this upgrade.
I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
225/255 set up with 19" rims.

I'm reading some people are using spacers for the M Tension Struts, others are replacing the M tension struts bushing with the f30 tension struts bushing….
What can I do to flawlessly get this done so there is no tire rub or my axle breaking.

If it's better to do the bushing replacement let me know

Or if it's better to do spacers please let me know the spacer size I need to buy.

Thanks guys!

I don't know know if you're still looking to do this. But check out this thread. VAC Monoball arms are the easiest way, with great results for steering feel and stability.
