Whirring noise from vents 2014 320d xdrive. HELP!!

Hey guys,
So as the title says, I have this noise coming through the centre vents. It only happens when the car is warm and I can only hear it when the centre vents are open. I’ve dropped the hvac motor and the pollen filter but both were clean as a whistle! Does anybody have any thoughts on what the noise could be? It’s driving me berserk! I’ve attached a video of the noise, where the noise goes is where I lift off the accelerator
