Reading Emissions Readiness Monitors

Quick Question: Can BimmerLink or ISTA read the Emissions Readiness Monitors status? If not, what app would work with a Bluetooth OBDII plug to read the status?

My n55 car is tuned on bm3 with an AA catted downpipe. Theoretically the downpipe should be enough to pass the catalytic converter monitor. I understand that CA is using a Check Sum Value to detect tunes. I'm preparing to register in PA, so I don't think I need to worry about the CSV. That being said, I may still restore the stock map and lock the ECU.

I assume reflashing the tune will clear the monitors, so I need a way to check them prior to the inspection at the shop.

BM3 can't check them? I've used torque pro to check them on other cars but not my BMW since MHD checks them.
