There's no reason you shouldn't get that car for below invoice...those incentives get reimbursed to the dealer by BMW so the dealer isn't losing any money just because they're getting you a rebate.

And I am currently quoting it for almost $1,000 below invoice - Incentives, I just want to make sure its a good deal or can I do better than that? what wold you recommend adding to my setup?

There's incentives involved so you want to find out the selling price not including incentives. I just picked mine up for $500 under invoice -$1250 incentives.

I currently don't know which incentives I qualify for, I know of the $1000 bucks new graduate incentive, which would bring it down to $41,700 plus tax. but I don't know if that is the only incentive I qualify for.
The MSRP for the car is $47,725.00 btw.

David Aviles said that the car can be shipped to a local dealer, at my house, or PDC. I chose local dealer to ensure the car is prepped as normal; which is all part of the deal.

I have been lurking every day and must have read every single thread on the f30post. Lots of great information on here! Finally decided to post my deal and be a little more proactive with the forum.

It is painful trying to pass the time until my vehicle gets delivered. My deal is a little different because I got my F30 via the BMW Military Sales. Ordered December 2013, Production 4th week of January, estimated delivery: mid-March 2014.

Best thing about the Military Sales program... no sales tax and no license/registration/document fees.

No, sounds like they just don't want to help you.

Since you're doing ED and PCD, you can theoretically place your order with any dealership in the country. I know my CA has clients across the country who coordinate with him for various deals like this, if you're interested I could give you his contact info via PM.

Your quoted price is good but your MF is too high. I think it should be around .0013.

Bad deal. As reddemon already pointed out, MF should be 0.0013. Acquisition fee is also marked up by $200.
Now, even with bad MF and marked up acquisition fee, your numbers still don't add up. Find a different dealer. If you want to continue with this dealer, ask him to use 0.0013 MF, 725 Acquisition fee, find out break down of your 659 fees (doc fee / dmv fee). Also ask them to give you lease calculation breakdown so you can see your total net cap cost and sales tax calculation.
