Just a general question.... If one were to use MSDs how much would that approximately lower the monthly payment each month?

Please assist me with my first time buying.

I am thinking of buying a 3.35i 2013 within the month. I'd like to know how much I should be offering to get the best deal and not waste time in the dealership. I am not having any luck in finding factory or dealer pricing. Does anyone have that information or have purchased a 3.35i recently with the below specifications? I am also listing the official pricing from the website as a reference. Your help is much appreciated. :-)
-----------------------------------------------------
Base MSRP $43,150
Sport line $1,700
Mineral white metallic $0
Leather Dakota Black/Red Highlight $0
Aluminium trim + high gloss accent $0
Dynamic handling package $1,000
Technology package $3,100
Steptronic automatic transmission
Heated front seats $500
Harman Kardon surround sound system $875
Park distance control $750
Destination & handling $925
-----------------------------------------------------
Total listed MSRP $51,650

Oh so one thing I didn't mention is that this price is the final price including the dealer handling fee of $499. So the discount on msrp is actually 1405+499=~$1900. And I visited another BMW dealer here in Colorado and asked them if they can beat this price and they did with $46,995 including the dealer handling fees and my discount from Ultimate Driving Experience.

Someone let me know if this is a good deal
MSRP: $52,300
Dealer Name/ Location: BMW of Bloomfield, NJ
Time: July 10 2013
Year/Model: 2014 328i xDrive Sedan
Price you got: $48,819.40
Invoice: (Not exactly sure, MY14 invoice not out? Its around 48,600)
Options/Packages: M-Sport, Estoril Blue, Driver Assistance, Lighting Package, Premium Package, Tech Package, Heated Front Seats, HK sound, Driver Assistance Plus
Lease notes: 3k down. 36months/10kyr. No MSDs used (yet, not sure)
Monthly Payment: 545.00

This also includes fees/taxes, etc...

Also this is before the $1000 incentive for the Ultimate Drive Event so doing that would bring it down to around 515 per month.

Any feedback whether I can of this deal or how to get this down further would be greatly appreciated!

I know this isn't a good deal, but I am new to leases so does anyone have some advice to lowering it. I want to be in the 500's.

Options/Packages: M-Sport, Cold Weather, Premium, PDC, Rear View, Tech, HK sound

A few things I noticed right off the bat:

1) Money Factor is marked up quite a bit. I'm not sure what car/year this is, but typically the MF is around .00127 or less. You can find the money factor for the specific car in other threads on here. If you have bad/average credit that could explain the markup.

2) Acquisition fee is set at $925. This is marked up $200 from the actual cost of $725. This is not uncommon, but you could try to get them to knock it back down to $725.

3) Looks like there is a $399 doc/processing fee? There may be some room to negotiate on this as well.

Mainly though, you should find the invoice price of the car at bmwconfig.com and try to get the selling price (before incentives) as close to that as possible. It might be harder if this is a 2014 build, but for 2013 you should be able to get $500 over invoice.

Thanks so much! This is all over email as the car I want is around 5 hours away, so they don't have any of my credit info. I should get the lowest of anything with a Credit Score close to 800. I'll work from here.

For my ~54k build, MSDs lowered the payment $40/month.

Dealer Name/ Location: Crevier BMW, Santa Ana, CA
Year/Model: 2013 335i Black Sapphire Metallic with Coral Red Interior
MSRP: $55,600
Invoice: $52,500
Options/Packages: Drivers Ass. Package, Nav, Sportline, 19", Heated Front Seats, Harmon Kardon
Cash Down/ **MSD: $0 just drive off fees. (First month, DMV Fees, Etc.) $1,530
*Money Factor: 0.00127
*Lease term/Miles: 15,000/36 months

Got the payment down to about $620 a month at Irvine BMW but went with Crevier due to the inconvenient service and communication at Irvine :/

What model year are looking to buy? Either way, if you are doing 10k miles/year like the quote says, the RV is off by 1%. Should be 1pt higher for '13 and 1 pt lower for a '14. Like mentioned before, MF is marked up and Acq. Fee.

MSRP: $59,020
Negotiated price: $54,801 (Invoice)
Options/Packages: Liquid Blue Metallic, Sport Line, Cold Weather, Driver Assistance, Premium, Tech, HK and MPPK (port install)
Cash Down/ **MSD: $3175 (taxes, reg, fees included) (Also transferred my MSD from previous lease) Included Tire/Wheel insurance as well
Used Turn Key and Loyalty totaling $1250

*Lease term/Miles: 12,000/36 months
*Lease Payment: $549
I got invoice of $53427.00 (including MACO, TRA.) Using BMWconfig. How many MSDs? Did the $1250 go towards cap cost reduction?

Not a bad deal, but considering some have received $500 over invoice, it might be a bit high.

What is this $499 dealer "handling" fee? What are they handling? Is that the destination charge that you've already paid?

$620 isn't bad for that. What were the changes that brought it down to $620...Cap cost or MSD? Lower negotiated price?

Guys, any feedback on this quote from the dealer? I just need a simple confirmation or not to decide whether I should go for it.

Looks like a good deal to me considering that my monthly payment will be $600 for 30 months/12kyr lease on a 2014 428 xdrive with a final negotiated price of $46800 and $1500 down.

Full MSDs (7), I had tire/wheel insurance $600 and MPPK $1170 built in as well on that, have you factored in those?

I didn't include the insurance in the invoice [However, MPPK was included]. With that it brings it to $54,027.00

Not bad, 1.4% (~$774 over invoice) profit is a very fair and mutual deal for both parties!
