Real Time Traffic won't renew

Can I just confirm if anyone has been able to renew their RTTI in the last month or so? Just to check the problem is my end.

I suspect the problem is my end as my situation is very complicated, but suddenly when I go to renew it says:

My situation is....

June 2013, F30, 330D.
Imported from UK in Nov 2018 and ConnectdDrive services changed to Australia
RTTI and other ConnectedDrive services have been renewed without problem in Australia.

I contacted BMW, they asked Germany, they said "software update".... which I don't believe will help as I have NBT which is most up to date for my car.

Plus my car has coding, alpina gearbox flash, remap, and lifetime map updates which I don't want to disappear!

I contacted my UK BMW guru friend and he cannot fix it - so really I am just checking that other people can update

ive found my satnav and the real time to be pretty useless. why bother.

google maps is the best i reckon.

Has no one had to renew recently? Just to confirm they can renew and it's a problem my end?
