Is that just the springs or shockers and springs, think i might treat myself to some next summer, once i've saved up me pennies. I may have to save up extra to eventually replace the front spoiler as even now it does occasionally catch on the road when i reverse on the drive, and the drive isn't particularly steep. But looking at well poised yours is i think it will be well worth it.

Glad I don't have a driveway, as luxurious as having one is, I can imagine my frustration every time I come and go. |

Thanks for the pics. Yeah, feel it needs to remain black too, sooo tempted! Would love to see the spoiler on a car in person before committing, or at least find someone local who stocks it (even aftermarket) just to see what it looks like held on my car.

Difficult to do that as it has two studs each side that project down (its bolted as well as sticky taped) so to get it to sit flat you have to drill the existing roof spoiler - centre leg is bolted up from underside.

Ah didn't realise it was bolted down too, makes sense. Did wonder how sturdy the spoiler would be with just double sided tape, guess you answered that.

Yes i am a little worried about catching going on and off the drive, but feel the springs are needed more than the front spoiler, will have to wait and see what happens or see if there are any alternatives to the front spoiler

I've read quite a few threads from all the aftermarket guys how they do it..not necessarily BMW's... I ain't drilling my spoiler, tigerseal is strong stuff and can be removed... Not easily but can be Each to their own though |
