I used the tommy L garage method shown in this video

around the 2:30 minute mark.

I drilled the push pin holes a bit bigger and used the exact same rivnuts he used (can only find them on amazon) to create a nut inside the bumper. I then used some flat headed bolts to secure in.

Yea that's a really good price! Might even be the same one I shared above since they use the same stock photos as the eBay one! Great find might do the same!
