Estoril Blue vs Estoril Blue #2
Just realized my car color was Estoril Blue #2, and not regular Estoril Blue. What's the difference?

I thougt estoril blue ended with the e series. I had my e36 once parked beside a F30 and it looked like the estoril blue 2 is slightly darker. But it could be as well the age of my paint

Estoril Blue started with E36 M cars, continued as a special order for E46, then went away. Estoril Blue II is the water base formula, introduced with F cars. Park the 2 next to each other and they are a little different, II is a little darker. First iteration also had a bit of violet in it that showed up in sunrise and sunset. I've had both.
