This sounds like something is draining your batterie.
Can you hear any noises after the car was shut and gone to sleep. Something which is still activated?

13 volts is normal for a battery, hes getting 3 volts when he goes to crank, that is one of two things, a bad battery or a bad connection. seeming he just had a battery replaced I'm going with check your connections. keep it simple for the first tests guys.
It seems all of you are ignoring the work that was just performed, and that the battery is at 13 volts before starting, 3 volts while cranking and 13 volts after it fails the start. battery connection is the most common point of failure when a new battery gets put in. maybe while we're at it we should tell him he needs a new engine first |

That tells me something is AFU in your electrical system. Whatever it is it drained your original battery and then it drained your new battery.

First time I attempted to start the car i used a jump starter from under the hood and got the 13v. Once it failed to start it made all the weird noises and dropped completely to 3V. Gonna see if its the same case when i leave the trickle charger, gonna leave it attached so its fully charged. Ill get back with yall.

Update!!
After taking the car to the dealer they diagnosed that under voltage faults were present and caused by the auxiliary battery. They replaced and registered new battery as well as cleared codes.
