That hood line and the way it closes in with fenders, front bumper and grill is sooo off. Terrible job! And the interior having multiple gadgets matching the exterior color? What are we in kindergarten?!

The rest of the car is great. The interior is nicer then the E90's, but colour matching is a big no for me. Too tacky!

I'll still be looking to get a 2008-2011cabrio or 335i cabrio w/ MSport and Navi for the win.
Wow, I feel the same way! I have loved BMWs and their progression for years, but this new design is FUGLY! The e90, e92 and e93's look SO much better! The whole fascia blows! I hope they redesign it soon..........

In a year the remaining naysayers will be singing the F30's praises, especially the M sport. It happens every new model. And the ones that are the most negative are usually the old model owners or just ppl trying to be contrarians.

This thing blows away the e90 out of the box... And that's coming from an e90 owner.

Yup, agree.

Worst part is it is standard now. No clean dash.

Otherwise I like the car.

How about BMW lowering the damn thing...That huge wheel gap has to go. Check out the C300 4matic sometime the gap is nice and tight and it's 4 wheel for Gods sake. Oh and dump the Run Flats while they're at it. Other than those 2 major complaints the car looks sweet although not that much different than the e90.

Photoshop

All on this thread do not see the potential this car has... Im glad they went with their roots all the way back to the style from early e30 M3 styled steering wheel, driver focus, and red lighting. All of it is for a reason beyond people little minds and non-heritage because they're new to BMW! Welcome to BMW world, but shut up if you are just going to hate countless hours these people take in to account to create the Ultimate Driving Machine that brings JOY!

I'm willing to bet that a year from now when you see this on the road you'll have an epiphany and your profile car will mysteriously change to an F30 and then a few months later you'll post pics of your new F30 with the thread title stating "Pics of my new Baby"

ON a separate note, I'm crazy about this steering wheel "BMW Retro" is the sex!

rear diffuser looks terrible. i cannot believe they made it smaller instead of bigger like on 1M or F10. thats how a diffuser should look to give it a more agressive touch to it. i love how the rear bumper looks but the diffuser should go all the way up to double size of it.

why does the car sits so high? 18" looks small on this

also i hate those color lines on the interior. makes it look cheap. i would paint those in gloss black

What did you do to that interior? That looks terrible! Might be appealing to a 14 year old.

The steering wheel I like, front fascia not very much. It blows that we're not getting alcatara in the US . The tails are a joke. Minor gripes aside, I'm looking forward to actually driving one.

So, what do you get with the M-Sport brakes besides the "contrasting blue paint finish"?
Two things: Two-piston fixed calipers at the rear (335i standard: floating calipers at the rear) and larger brake discs at the front.

Best regards,
