absolutley, especially because when there was only one company and no competion I feel they charged more than was necessary. if they wanted, xdi could have charged $3,500 and it would have still sold. 3 companies making pumps at $999, $1399, and $1999 is awesome. and xdi may very well be the best flowing pump (can't wait for test results), but depending on each persons build and goals is likley overkill for half of us.

Also interesting that the cc/rev fuel flow amounts for Dorch Stg 1 & 2 are exactly the same as XDI 35 & 60 for the N55.

Same pump guts in both solutions, with each company’s own packaging to fit different motors?

If so, seems like proven pump capabilities with durability/longevity testing coming soon.

Dorch doesn't show a pump. They show a box and a chart of numbers I could have gathered in 5 minutes. Let's see the product!

B58 is wrapping up beta while N55 is currently in beta. Realistically probably 3-4 weeks. We have full N55 Stage 1 inventory for all of our hard parts, but we won't release them until software and QC tests are proven and complete.

this is pretty cool, and I love all the options. Competition brings out the best in all. Definitely caught my attention!

Has anyone heard of Dorch before? Seems like they just showed up out of nowhere. This will be interesting.

Spool Performance

Release getting closer.... Facebook Post

Also, Dorch Engineerings option is "right around the corner"...

Both will not only offer lower priced option to XDI's "BMW Tax'd" HPFP...., but will also offer PnP harness .

Dorch Engineering, Spool & XDI all flow relatively the same amount (both S1 & S2 Pumps).

XDI-35. Flows 35% more
XDI-60. 60% more

Spool FX150 flows 50% more

I hear spool is also making a FX180 but i cannot confirm.

I am currently using the Fx150 i am still not done with tuning, but Car is targeting 22/23 PSI on stock EWG turbo on E75. I will go full E85 next week hopefully if the weather isnít too bad. I highly recommend this pump.

Which pump did you buy? I am looking and it doesnt show an F3x option. It only shows options for the E9x n55s.
