Ultimate club card

I got a card from my dealer, BMW of Austin, called the Ultimate Card. It came preloaded with $1000. The card says it can be used for service, original BMW parts and accessories. Just seems too good to be true. Has anyone received one of these? Not complaining, just curious.

It's more than likely $1,000 worth of 10% off coupons. I have from my dealership. You can use it for 10% off a ton of different things, up to 2k worth of savings. They didn't just hand you 1k.

I bought both of our cars (wife's and mine) from BMW of Austin - a superb dealership and service dept. If you're a BMW CCA member, you get 20% off parts and labor. Never got a card like that, though.

I had to go back and reread the card again. You're right. It's like getting 1000 bucks worth of discounts. Still... Better than nothing.

I do like some of the benefits of being a CCA member. I may give that a shot.
