Literally as the description suggests, a wire tuck involves tucking wires away in the engine bay for a cleaner look.

It's a purely aesthetic mod, so I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't been done yet as people here seem to be more performance oriented with a hint of exterior cosmetics.

Don't plan to do it myself. Just curious is all.

I don't call it wiring tucking...to me, it's called OCD. When I installed my EGW cable, it was not long enough so I had to "extend" the cable with additional wiring. This wiring ended up being routed OCD-ly underneath my engine cover and I used flex-loom over the wiring to match the OEM setup. To the general eye, it looks completely OEM. To a service tech, they would have to follow the wiring to determine that it's not OEM.
