F32 Rear Diffuser Options?

I just got a 2014 435i and I want to put a M Performance rear diffuser on it. Will I have to replace the entire bumper?

Also, I know the dealership decal needs to get taken off. I hate how they do that.

Keep the rear bumper just replace the diffuser.
