Seeking help in Vancouver BC Area for pulling NBT (DE file) out of my car

Hi, I was wondering if anyone in the Vancouver BC lower mainland area is able to help me pull out the NBT DE file in my car for NAVI upgrade. I already have NORTH AMERICA NEXT 2018-2 on the USB and Jagaer FSC generator ready for the code and E-SYS on my desktop. Problem is I don't have a laptop and ENET cable to plug into the car with. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd be happy to drive out to meet you.

POCO is perfect for me bud, I live in North Burnaby, it's closer to POCO than van. I'll send you a private message.
