Will it fit an F36?: 18x9.5 et 38 245/40/18 Squared

I got a set of Kansei Rokus off FB Marketplace for a super good deal. Specs are 18x9.5 et 38 squared, wrapped is PS4S 245/40/18. I've seen some back and forth on whether or not this setup needs spacers on an F30, so before I try putting them on, I wanted to see if they should be able to fit an F36 without modification. I'm currently on the stock m-sport suspension without adaptive dampers. I'd preferably want to hear it from people that have tried or know someone that has tried this setup, since the other posts I see for F30s have a lot of unsure/hearsay answers. In the end, if I need spacers, will 3mm or 5mm be preferable, and does anyone have any suggestions on good quality versions? Thanks!

While I ran the wheels, I ended up running a 3mm spacer up front. It gave just enough space to clear the strut comfortably without any rubbing on anything, even with 255/40s on them. On stock suspension, 9.5 wide with +35 offset seems to be about as wide as you can go on the front without rubbing.
