Canadian Pre-Own in US
I've been looking at acquiring a 330xi and noticed that some of the dealers are selling 330's imported from Canada. They seem to be priced lowered than a comparable US market car. I read that US dealers will not cover warranty or recalls on them. Most of the cars are out of the warranty period anyway. Is it worth the risk?

There is no risk. You will need to ensure they are compliant for US registration. For example, we have a KPH only speedo, US has a KPH/MPH. Guy I worked with was moving to the US, and he needed to get TPMS installed before they'd register his Honda (Canada only has the "count how many revolutions" tire monitor.
