Thanks! I haven't had a chance to take more photos or clean the car since the installations but here's some I took at the shop

Exactly the answer I was hoping for Still debating whether or not I'll go for these since there's a cheap set for sale. But it has to be lowered as well, not sure I'm willing to go for coilovers now. Would springs -35mm/-1.4 inch give the same result as your drop? Or is yours even lower?

I live in Cali where basically everything is illegal. Doesn't stop most of us from doing it though

& I doubt any reputable insurance company would deny coverage just because your tires stick out a few centimeters. But if you think it's not worth the trouble then just stick with your stockies

437Ms on my black F30 xDrive
This thread had all the info I needed to pull the trigger on my new wheels!
OEM 437M Michelin Pilot 4S 235/40/19 265/35/19 I slightly increased the diameter to fill up the xDrive wheel gap and give a smoother ride since this is my daily driver. The tires are aggressive, but I love the look! You can see in the pictures that they only poke out from certain angles. It drives like a completely different car now! Eff those crappy RFTs |

As a few others in this thread i pulled the trigger on thoose wheels after seeing some of the results here.
It's damn near perfect. The car looks a bit higher in the pictures then it is but im gonna lower it another 10mm or so as i have coilovers (KW V1). The amount of rubber outside is not a problem at all. I'm running Micheline Pilot Super Sport 225/40/19 and 255/35/19. 235 and 265 might be doable but as it is my daily driver i dont want risk the paint to much. |

my new beauty
This is before we fitted the new tires, which are sized 255/35R19 fronts and 275/30R19 rears. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, really happy with these. They do poke out and I'm terrified of looking at the lack of front negative camber on this car Any advice how can I fix this, without voiding warranty? Terry |

nice photo terry. can we get a shot from the side with the new tires that shows the poke/sticking out you mention? you could always lower for more "natural" negative camber

I don't have any with the new tires to be honest, and I'm not home for the next two weeks, but I'll post some as soon as I can.
Lowering is something I would like to avoid in general as we do have plenty of rough roads in Bulgaria, and in the winter months the small streets are not cleared of the snow very fast so you have to have at least some clearance. Having in mind the M performance splitter, I wouldn't want it any lower. My M3 scrapes at a lot of places and it doesn't even have a splitter, just a track focuses suspension and height. I was thinking of camber plates, KW sell some, but I think that would be a problem with the dealer. |
