The enterprise from TNG! Sorry, it's a new 7!series the millennium Falcons E30 3 series, and to explore the galaxy you'd want a bigger ship. Plus more chicks on the enterprise to get to know on those long space voyages...
And, I'm pretty sure warp 9 would do the Kessel run a lot quicker than the Falcon!

Falcon all the way. Bought one of the bare models from argos and just started putting leds on it
