Seat Memory

Posted this in another forum and got zero response. Hopefully better luck here.

“ Was fooling around with BimmerCode a few weeks ago and coded my drivers seat for easy access. Worked flawlessly for a few days and then didn’t.

I’ve also now lost the use of the seat memory. No matter how many positions I try, it won’t hold a memory setting anymore. The red light comes on but neither button one or two work.

Input would be appreciated. Thanks”

What is "drivers seat for easy access."?

Comfort access?

Garage List
I think easy access is when you open the door the seat moves all the way back?
And down?

Yes. But now neither my driver seat memory or the easy access works at all.

Odd. Really odd. Are you able to check for fault codes with something? Otherwise a dealer might be your best choice...

It is not the "easy access" that caused it (unless you coded something incorrectly).

That's unusual. Have you tried to recode it, ie: off- code, on- code?
