I have 2017 340i xdrive, vin7: NU37512, currently my system info shows "Road Map NORTH AMERICA EVO 2016-3" & "NBTevo H16303I"

from within my connectdrive portal I show I have subscription for map updates over the air to 2021 and my region is set correctly, but I haven't received any updates that I can tell since getting the car in August.
