Quick question. I have a 428xi (f36)
I had an earlier version (early 2019) of ISTA+ and the newest psdzdata at the time on my old laptop. I installed the latest of all (march of this year) and it connects, diagnoses, etc and will even realize that I have newer software for my car, and calculate measures. It will not however let me actually perform the update, the button is greyed out. I have good voltage, etc. But I cant for the life of me figure out why it wont let me execute measures.

Have they changed anything in ISTA that requires use of an ICOM? I know last years version didnt, because I used it, but it was something suggested but never confirmed as far as I could see.

I think only Diagnosis is possible with ENET Cable, and Programming requires ICOM Interface.

Ok yes I am using the enet cable, must be they changed it, because I definitely could program with it with the 2019 stuff.

What is the latest version of PSDZ lite and what version of ESYS do I need to run it. I have 3.27 ESYS and my buddy wants me to code his G01, I know what I have works on Fcars but I haven't tried G series yet. I am using ESYSx so I know I can run a newer version of ESYS.

E-Sys 3.27.1 is fine. Latest PSdZdata is v.4.23.21_PSdZData.

Hello,

I am using esys 3.30.1 with launcher V2.8.1.155

I coded several cars succesfully but came to a problem recently:

My uncle's F31 got back from service (BMW Dealer) this March and lost his coding ,DRL rear activated, digital Speedometer, temp in the cluster etc. This because the I Step got updated with standard coding I guess.

I tried recoding the functions. At first I failed because i didn't have the correct cafd files. After updating to PSDZdata 4.22, I managed to recode the digital speedometer in the cluster but failed to activate the rear DRL's in the REM ecu. I can get in to edit fdl, change the functions and save it. After i click code fdl I get the error: processed with error,not executable

What am i doing wrong? could it be the action below?
- PSDZdata updating: I updated the PSDZdata as following. Copy the CAFD files to folder C:\Data\psdzdata\swe\cafd
Should I do something else to update the PSDZdata?

Like i said it worked with other ecus also after the update

It would also be nice to be sent the latest PSDZdata

can you help me out?

Unless you have a missing CAFD error, then you don't have PSdZData issue.

Code FDL Error means you choose invalid FDL parameter. Change them one by one to narrow down which one is problem.

its about cafd_000007a1_005_044_017. I have changed one code MAPPING_TAGFAHRL_H.. _L.. OUTPUT to SL/L, again the same issue. Maybe if I copy a new CAFD it will work? Could you please send me the latest PSDZdata?
