I had what sounded like excess wind noise all along the front part of my moonroof for a while. It was really off and on at first, and sometimes it would fix itself by opening and closing the glass. But then it became persistent and pretty annoying.

I looked around on here but couldn't find any advice, so I took it back to the dealer. My 4-year service plan had unfortunately expired, so they gave me a few options before they took it back. I could have them look at it (and pay their labor rates), and they could try to adjust it for a tighter fit, or possibly look at replacing the seals all the way around. Adjusting/aligning would be a smaller job, and replacing the seals a much bigger job bc the whole thing would need to come out.

But the service tech also suggested that maybe I just try wiping down the seals first. Sounded crazy, but I did it and it really seemed to help a lot. They weren't excessively dirty, maybe a bit dusty, but I opened the glass up all the way and wiped all the seals down that I could reach with a wet rag. Went out for a drive and I didn't notice it anymore. That was about a month ago and it still hasn't come back, so maybe those dust particles really added up to create separation in the seal. It's worth a shot before you mess with taking it to the dealer.

I treat every piece of rubber at least twice a year, on all the doors, door frames, hatch seals and moon roof. An ounce of prevention...or is it a milligram?

What product do you use? Just a vinyl cleaner or a lube some kind?

I have the same problem as you do and I clean every rubber sticks on the moonroof with 3M Plastic & Rubber Treatment, then solved.

Hope it works.
