the NEW downshift throttle blips in sport+ s mode is on point.
however, in comfort S and eco S mode it's a bit overkill. way too aggressive for downshifting. Upshifts are good like they used to.

Map 2.2 for stage 2/3 is out.
Changelog:
Stage 2 - Pulling a paddle in D mode now always uses the current shift speed set through the DEC switch.
Stage 3 - same as above, plus launch control allows more boost and a bit of wheel spin.

Flashed Stage 3 v2.2 and it felt like absolute shit. Throttle pedal felt massively desensitized and the car would hunt for the right gear excessively under 50-75% throttle input. Every start from a stop felt soggy.

Once I got home I re-flashed v2.1 and went for another drive, all is right again.

Interesting, I didn't actually flash at all yet. I'm pretty happy with 2.1.

I'm waiting for PTF's implementation of torque limiter removal, that's all I want. I think the stock ZF8 shift mappings are pretty good and don't need to be tweaked.

So I've been using the stage 2 flash and have not had any negative feedback to report. Last night I watched a review on the different stages and was curious about stage 3. Flashed stage 3 last night and went to bed.

The next morning I was on the way to work and could notice a huge improvement with shifting in comfort mode!! I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner but it kind of makes it worth the purchase of the super license!!

Once I pass the break in period i'll write an updated review but so far its so much better with stage 3 flash.

Kinda wish they would sell each map individually for $125-$150 instead of the $350 package. I honestly would only use the stage 3 map and call it a day. They'd probably get a lot more business that way.
