FS: Dinan Stage 2, works on any N55 vehicle w/ EWG (off my 2014 335i xDrive)
This thread has been updated with new information from Dinan. Selling a used Dinan Stage 2 ECU Tune (Part# D443-0001) with tune harness (Part# D443-0003 REV M), removed from my 2014 335i xDrive w/ EWG. This tune will not stack with BMW's MPPK, there is a different part number if you have MPPK (M Performance Power Kit). Still works perfectly and removed by a reputable BMW shop in NJ. The part numbers have been updated on Dinan's website so I contacted Dinan customer support and their responses are below. Per Dinan: There is no difference in the D440-1639-ST2 kit and what you have, it is the same tune, ECU and Dinan harness. Per Dinan: Yes it will plug and play onto another n55 vehicle. Per Dinan: Free firmware update but you will be liable for the shop labor to update it. Per Dinan's website: Stage 2 (DINANTRONICS Performance Tuner in conjunction with Dinan Intake and Exhaust) Maximum Power: 384 HP, 417 lb-ft of torque. https://www.dinancars.com/product/d4...-f30-335i-ewg/ Dinan's site recommends an upgraded Exhaust & Cold Air Intake with this Stage 2 tune. However, from what I've read, this is not required and this ECU tune will also work fine with a stock car. You may consider contacting their customer support if you still have any concerns.
