Headlight adjustment

How to adjust the headlight ? I'm lowered on Tc kline coilovers and the sensors are attached to the control arms.

I had this issue while ago but didn't bother to fix it, yesterday I tried to adjust the level from **Pic below** but it didn't work.

any suggestions?

when it's 50*C outside you wouldn't bother cleaning it. and suddenly a sandstorm approaches from behind.

I will take it to a detailer soon after I fix and repaint the rear bumper.
