Not a problem guys, you are all very welcome. I'm just glad that we have got this far already because it's been pretty stressful sorting this group buy.

I wanted to get them cheaper than the list price for you guys and thankfully I've achieved that. The price does include postage too.

I'm looking forward in receiving these and getting them on my car because I know they will look outstandingly good

I will be contacting Stefan again on September 1st, in the hope that he has a specific date for us.

Aaron.

You can only use halogen in the main beam mate, HIDs wouldn't work if you needed to flash your lights.

Best thing to do is get the halogens with the blue glass at the top of the bulb, they are a bit whiter.

Ok, that decides that then, glad i asked. Good call on brighter/whiter halogens, I'll do some homework.

Looks like next update is 1st Setember, looking forward to it.

Not a lot we can do if that happens I'm afraid mate. Just hope that the company still honours the discount price if some people drop out.

Everyone on this list is really excited about the new lights and very tired with their poverty spec halogens, they are enthusiastic and eager to get delivery.

What I will suggest guys is that should you need to, put off any big expenditures that you may have for the next month or live on bread and water because you need these lights in your life

Were gonna push for 20 people on the list, so that if a few drop out we should still have the 15 needed. I see him still honoring the discount though as long as 10 people will buy to be honest.

I just hope the quality of projector lenses in the headlights won't be rubbish. That's the most important thing.

He guys, this will be a vast improvement over BMW Halogens both in look and function.

My Xenons don't even use the inner unit where your halogen will be... It's just a bit of glass to put the Angel Eye round...

Before having a Halogen Equipped E90 I had a Volvo S40 that used the same light setup as these units can be, Xenon dipped supplemented by Halogen mains. I don't know if my memory is playing tricks, but these may have had the best high beams of any car I've ever owned. Even better than my Adaptive Xenons and a spot light encrusted Mk2 Fiesta...

Good work!

On a boring note, has anybody investigated insurance implications of this modification?

Nice work getting this together, one thing I'd be concerned about however is the warranty.

It's stating you *have* to actually install them (and have proof of having paid for said installation) before they'll accept a return.

This would mean you couldn't unplug your existing units, plug the new ones in to test the functionality and beam and send them back if they were faulty. You'd have to pay for your dead headlights to be installed before you could send them back. Then, of course, you'd have to pay for them to be installed again when returned repaired.

I would challenge that personally.

I think as soon as we all receive them we will be going to fit them, I certainly won't be hanging around. I have a local BMW specialist carrying out the work for me
