Answering my own question:

I'd highly recommend Adler Rennsport ( https://adlerrennsport.com/ )

They were able to do a mobile PPI and did a very thorough job of it at a reasonable price.

Though I didn't end up doing any work with them, the folks over at Eurotech were nice and tried their best to help me, too. ( https://www.eurotechgermancarservice.com/ )
