Exclamation What part is this and how to access?

I have recently bought an F30, 318i 65 plate. My first ever BMW and I really haven't had much experience with engines and parts etc so my knowledge at the moment is very scarce. Absolutely love the car but have recently noticed a small rattle, I've checked the engine bay and it seems to be coming from a loose part, for which I cannot see how to access and tighten (Please see photo links below). If anyone could help me to understand what it is and how to tighten it, I'd appreciate! It is the more brown strut that is loose between the 2 bolts.

Sorry for my knowledge or lack there of.

That's the wastegate linkage on your turbo.

Would the entire turbo/actuator have to be replaced to stop the loose rattling?

Or is there a way to just replace the linkage?

I am not sure to be honest, it depends on where the play is coming from. Is it the linkage that's rattling, or the actual wastegate?

I don't know if there are any TSBs for wastegate rattle on the B38.

It is just the linkage rod, Seems as if a spacer or something was supposed to be there, so now there's play in one end which is causing the awful rattle, but I have no clue!
