never heard of Preston's. Pretty sure a discount tire in Sorrento has a touchless tire machine.

Discount will match tire rack pricing or even beat it. They are a huge company so they have room to play.

North county wheel and tire if in Escondido area.

If you are looking for quality nice used tires I would contact Olive tire shop in Escondido
