Boost Leak Test/Dyno in SoCal?

I'm not hitting target boost, and boost is slow. I have a 2013 335 with a PS2, billet port injection manifold, all supporting mods. I did the install work myself, and have had no other issues except for the under boost/drivetrain malfunction from slow boost response. In the log attached you can see it slowly climb to about 15 psi, target is 22 psi.

I just recently replaced all o-rings and tightened clamps..

a) I would like to find a shop in the LA area that can help boost leak test/source the issue.
b) I'm also looking for a shop that has experience with running these cars on the dyno

Any info/advice helps. I tried to make an adapter with 3D printer to pressurize the system. I had air leaks at the trans/pcv connection points.
