CEL "Catless downpipe detected"

I have a CATTED DP + some other stuff on my F30. I get a CEL almost every day now and when I read the codes with the JB4 its always the "catless downpipe detected" CEL. I clear it and it comes back the next day. I've had occurrences where I the CEL comes two times in a single day.

Is there anyway to stop it from coming up so often without removing the DP? Can I permanently delete that error code?

I don't think you can with the newer versions of the JB4, they stopped clearing cat codes to be CARB legal I believe.

You can get a flash tune that will clear it for you, that's about it.
