Philly area - recommendations for state inspection and emissions testing

Hey guys looking for a economical place to get a PA state inspection done. I live in the Philly area so I’ve called BMW dealerships and they charge around $95. Some independent shops are at $75.

I see places advertising $40. Worth going to them or am I risking them messing something up?

Only 20K miles and no ti it’s so not worries bout failing.

F&S Auto Service John Franklin - Indy Mercedes shop in Horsham off Old York Road Rt 611 215-675-2886. http://www.fsautoservices.com

John is a Mercedes Master Tech I have been using him for years. He just did inspection/emissions on my BMW.

Feel free to tell him I recommended him on the Forum.
