ISTA VO corrupt

Hello

I made some changes in FA with esys. Now ISTA shows that VehliceOrderCorrupt. How to fix this?

I followed instructions: "Expert Mode“->"Coding"->"Read"->“Save”->“Edit”->add element->save changes->Calculate FP->save file->“VCM”->Load new FA file->Calculate FP->“VCM Master”->“Write FA FP”
