No don't think so there not really indented or anything not really sure what they could be, also those in the pics aren't all of them, I waxed my windshield do you think it could be because of that? And if so any strong windshield clears that would get rid of it

Clean well, and then follow up with RainX original windshield treatment. It makes water bead off, but an unexpected, yet nice, effect is that it dissolves spots and haze off, so you get no glare at night.

Hard to see from the pictures, but over time (where I live) the glass gets sand blasted. I end up with a lot of those little "stars" in the glass.
Yours does it look larger, so not convinced it's the same issue. |

So I took another look if I look closely enough they almost look like very small bubbles that have been popped
I'll take a better picture when it's a bit dark from the outside |

Look like tree sap, try hot water or clay bar if no luck you could try this...

My windshield is crazy pitted, might be the same issue. Nothing you can really do about it other than replace the windshield. If it's something ON the glass, then clay bar as others suggested, or you can try polishing with compound, or in extreme cases, try scraping with a brand new razor blade. I'd still lubricate the blade and apply VERY light pressure.

The OEM F30 windshields are crap and notoriously soft and susceptible to rock chips. Mine has a ton of tiny chips that usually aren't too noticeable. Maybe that's what you're seeing.

It looks/sounds like some sort of tree sap to me. My secret weapon on tree sap is denatured alcohol. Soak the tip of a wadded up paper towel and hold it on the spot to let it dissolve the sap and it'll wipe right off. You can get it in the paint thinner aisle of almost any big box or hardware store. It's safe on paint too.

if its not chipped, id suggest buying some plastic razor blades (safer than traditional). Use some clay lube or QD to ease the abrasion. you can also use some heat from a hair dryer to loosen up the material.

Looks exactly like my windshield. I'd have to guess its rock chips because I've clayed the glass and applied P&S Bead Maker to it and the spots are still there.

If it is not something on the glass, such as a chip or sap, etc., it could be in the glass. On my old e46 330 I had glass that had a defect in the laminating process (if I recall correctly). I had these little bubble like things appear over time. Not sure what caused it and I had to get my windshield replaced. Only time that ever happened, but....perhaps another weird possibility. |

I use Bar Keepers Friend on windshields. If you are very gentle, it cleans well and won't scratch. DO NOT use other kitchen cleansers, like Comet.
