Excessive play?

So had the car about a year and sometimes my gear changes have been feeling a little 'odd'. With the car now being on 100k, though it might have been the flex disc. had a look and they seemed fine, but changed them anyway just in case. Still getting abit of a jerking/ thudding when changing gear. So had another look, and noticed some play. Is this play excessive or perfectly normal ? https://streamable.com/mb0gpj

This is for a manual gearbox touring? How many miles on the clutch?
There are two flex discs, but that much movement is usually normal in manual cars, with the play coming from differential.
I'd check bushings, in both gearbox and rear suspension.
