3. ER catless downpipe
4. FTP charge pipe
5. FTP intake pipe
6. BMS intake (cone filter)
7. Custom 3” exhaust – Borla 40943 XR-1 Sportsman Racing Muffler, Vibrant 1142 3” Ultra Quiet Resonator, Pipewerks custom dual 3” tips on one side of car.

Car was making 350whp, 440wft-lbs on stage 2 91 oct BM3 OTS map (without custom exhaust). Car currently does low 13s.

Unfortunately no xHP for my car as yet.
With the xHP launch control dialed up to +40% on both bars i bet your car does a 12.x 1/4mile.

His car is rwd, and he already have traction issues as i can remember. Shane can correct me if I’m wrong. Increasing torque during launch won’t help in that case. The benefit from xhp flash is faster shifts, removed torque limiters and customisable features.

I had traction issues swapped to R888R tires and got better 60ft 1.94s but still testing phase.

I wish the did the hybrid gearbox. I haven't gone stage 2 for that reason. The the TCU with tell the ECU to reduce the additional torque were making. I believe the torque limiter is set to 550nm.
I hope xHP decides to work on it pretty soon.

Celtic tuning in the UK are working on a tune. Unfortunately neither of their 2 agents in Ireland have the equipment to do it!

BMS Open billet (now back to stock, due to some issue with open filter)

Ive got a stock 2017 330ix with the B46 engine, and wondering if doing an FTP Charge pipe would be a good first mod? is the stock charge pipe really as bad as on the 6 cylinders, say for Stock or Stage 1?

bm3 as you first mod, followed by intake for stage 1 imo. Stage 2 is where I think charge pipe, downpipe, mid pipe and axleback exhaust and summer tires come in.

I got mine custom tuned and they bypass the limiter, if there is one.
Mods are
FTP intake and chargepipe
Std. intake box with sport filter
RN Motorsports downpipe
Running octane 100 in Denmark. 97/98 RON maybe?

Dyno test attached.

I have2016 330e

Bm3 stage 2 93 octane tune
VRSF catless downpipe
Afe cold air intake (oiled filter)
Ftp charge pipe (red )

Still getting 36+ mpg driving mildly, around 30mpg with constant sports mode.

I need to do something with exhaust because I get 0 burbles.... looks like this car has 2 mufflers and a resonator. Thinking of doing a mid muffler delete hoping for some burble..... i really would like to keep my rear muffler and resonator for the exhaust valve and drone issues. Anyone know if i will get burbles by removing just the mid muffler?

Does BM3 not provide burbles in the tune? Can you hear them when reving the car when stationary?

Nice numbers. I'm going to go to a tuner I know in the new year and get the TCU remapped. Although I can get evolve in the UK to remotely map the TCU.
Once the TCU is done I'll install a hi flow cat and go to stage 2!

Thanks, im happy with those numbers.

BTW, the results for the second test is with stock downpipe and the last one is with highflow, if you want to see the gains from that.

Yes, after the downpipe.
No, it was the custom tune on both tests.

Custom map from Drivr Tuning (Denmark) running ~17psi(safety and reliability)

Currently running 300hp and 442nm on dyno.
I’ve got a 430i custom stage 1 tune with a res delete and a modified 440i backbox but have been struggling to find a place which will do a PPF delete properly (not just gutting it). Could you please send me the link to the OPF delete pipe as I haven’t been able to find it? Many thanks in advance!

Currently running:

BM3 stage 2
FI Exhaust Valvetronic full exhaust suite(cat back)
ER ceramic coated catless DP
ER charge pipe
FTP turbo inlet pipe
BMS cone intake
BMS oilCC
CSF Race heat exchanger
xHP stage 3 OTS tune
AFE carbon fiber dynamic air scoop

currently at 59800miles and been on bm3 since 34k. Engine is running strong and no reliability issues since switch from jb4.

JB4 was extremely jittery and had this odd acceleration bumping. The jb4 system tricks the DME into throwing more boost at the engine. I do not think it is a reliable system. To boot, I have a jb4 +bluetooth module that I have been unable to sell. it fits the B38/B48/B58 and no one wants to buy it even at 400$ with original box, etc etc. Unfortunately, from a reliability standpoint, nothing beats a true flash tune which remaps the DME. This is the only way to go. ("This is the way")
