Tablets with usb ain't cheap, you don't need tablet, use phone with adapter to your cable.

Any 100$ Samsung tablet will do just fine plus your get to look at pretty gauges for logging and monitoring

Here is the cable+adapter I used
Samsung tablet+ cable + adapter for initial unlock plus flash + good battery booster= win , Thor wifi (MG sells them) for subsequent flushing and monitoring

You = Stage 2 king of the streets + lots of lollz and kills

You are not limited to tablets with large USB (Type A). You can get a type-A adapter to micro USB or USB-C. I flashed with my Galaxy 9 with USB-C adapter.

Ok guys, I received the custom map last Friday, Jarek was very quick but I had not enough time to test because I'm not a daily driver (traffic jam in the city is terrible, I commute by train).

I was driving last Saturday and today and I can tell you it runs exactly what I have ever dreamed how an engine can run, it is amazing! It feels very smooth and impressive at the entire power band, this is how programming an ECU reaches a high professional level Jarek you did great, if you ever plan to come to Switzerland, let me know and I will spend some beers

The main difference is how the acceleration feels at mid rpm. With stage 1, it felt very strong, but decreased at higher rpm too much. Now with Jarek's custom map, the torque is limited until 5000rpm targetting 440hp I never had the feeling power decreases, it pushed me in the seat even at higher rpm!

I have not flashed yet, but when I simulated the process while disconnected, I saw the same 2 map options. At first I thought it was one big string of text but I noticed I could select either one.

I do know that the .bin file was there in that folder before I downloaded the custom map, so I know it isn't part of the custom map. Not sure why it is there.

I chatted with Jarek earlier. Think I am gonna pull the trigger on his tune. Probably the best value out there. Gonna go Stage 2 on 94 with stock hardware for now. Will likely at a Sport Cat later this summer.

all I've done so far is AFe stage 2 intake but likely do DP w race cat this summer as well. Enjoy the tune, it's amazing

Also, can we expect any refinements to the OTS maps as time progresses and more feedback and knowledge is gained about the engine?

I have Stage 2 on my 6 speed
Car is a different car, won't get much better than this.
All the rev hanging bs and shift lagging are no longer an issue.
The only regret you will have about this tune is not getting it sooner
