How do you guys feel about these graphs been questioning the tune lately not sure if its the cold but my 435 hasn't been the happiest.

so, none of this means anything... these part throttle graphs show us nothing that can be interpreted any way usefully.

you need to do full throttle logs from 2000rpm-ish up to at least 6000-6500rpm, plus you need way more logged parameters.

the part throttle normal driving stuff is going to be all over the place and thats normal.

Gotcha which channels should I have turned on I thought afr and timing would have been the best I'll go do some more tomorrow with more channels. Was curious about the timing and if that looked okay at all as well wasn't really sure if hitting 35 degrees of timing was okay.

its perfectly normal. it'll be all over the place while driving around normally.
